Question 1 for units-theo

Analyze the following statements regarding the System of Units and Fundamental Quantities.
I. There are seven fundamental (base) quantities in the SI system: Length, Mass, Time, Electric Current, Thermodynamic Temperature, Luminous Intensity, and Amount of Substance.
II. Plane angle and Solid angle are classified as dimensionless derived quantities with special names (radian and steradian).
III. The SI unit of Luminous Intensity is the Candela (cd).
IV. Fundamental units are defined independently of each other (with some dependencies on fundamental constants in modern SI definitions).
V. A system of units is said to be “coherent” if all derived units can be obtained by multiplying or dividing base units without introducing numerical factors other than 1.
