YoExam is a digital service. Nothing is posted to you. Here is how and when your access arrives.
When access is granted
Immediately. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, your account is upgraded and every premium feature unlocks, usually within a few seconds. There is nothing to download or install.
What you get access to
- Every chapter in the question bank.
- Custom tests from any chapter, up to 200 questions.
- Full results analysis after every session.
- Every NCERT Highlights chapter, with PDF download.
The Pricing page lists what each plan includes, and the description shown when you pay is what you are buying.
How you know it worked
- Your plan badge in the sidebar changes from Free Plan to YoExam Premium.
- The badge shows the date your access runs until.
- Locked chapters, larger custom tests and NCERT Highlights downloads become available.
- Razorpay emails you a payment confirmation separately.
How long access lasts
For the term you paid for, 12 months or 24 months, counted from the date your payment is confirmed. It does not renew automatically. When it ends, your account goes back to the free plan and all your practice history is kept.
If access does not arrive
On the rare occasion a payment succeeds but the upgrade does not appear, first sign out and back in. That re-reads your account and usually fixes it. If it still shows Free Plan, email contact@yoexam.com with your Razorpay Payment ID. We sort it out within 2 working days of hearing from you, by activating your plan or refunding you in full, whichever you choose. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where the service is available
YoExam works anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees; if you pay from outside India, your bank may add a currency conversion charge that we have no control over.
